Eligibility for Returns
You can return your order within 7 days of delivery if:
✔ The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✔ It is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
✔ You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Note: Customized or clearance sale items are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us – Email support@gharrista.com or call 9028440466 with your order details and images of the issue.
Approval & Pickup – Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
Refund or Replacement – Choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement.
Refund Processing Time - Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
Exchange Policy -
If you prefer an exchange, let us know when requesting a return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
